In a way, REVIVAL symbolizes the reason this site exists. A place to experience the raw, ephemeral and unknown quality of music. Music that will probably never be played or heard in the same way again. Thankfully, they’re just moving across town to Venice, but the Redwood space is really something and won’t easily be duplicated. I’m looking forward though to having all new experiences whenever and where ever REVIVAL decides to pop-up again.
